Student Staff

Community Leaders (CLs)

Community Leaders (CLs) are live-in student staff members responsible for facilitating the development of each of their residential communities while supporting their peers with challenges in residential living and campus life. CLs accomplish this through direct engagement with their peers, programming, and offering resources to support self-care. CLs also play a critical role in ensuring that each residential community is conducive to learning by helping to maintain community standards, empowering residents to co-create the residential experience they desire, reporting facility concerns, and supporting the Residential Commons in building intellectual engagement in the residence halls.

House Managers

House Managers are live-in student staff members responsible for assisting with facilities management of their assigned fraternity and sorority chapter houses while supporting their peers with challenges in residential living and campus life. House Managers accomplish this through direct engagement with their peers, managing housing rosters, and conducting regular walkthroughs.
